The objective of this experimental study was investigating the thermal behavior of transient forced convection in a rectangular duct with barriers due to a sinusoidal heat input at the inlet to simulate the electric heating and cooling inside the computer. The modelling of electronic components in the passage was done by placing blocks in an insulated rectangular duct. A wide range of Reynolds numbers $\rm1120
