Abstract

This essay discusses the challenges in developing sight-reading skills for classical guitar, reviews the approaches to developing such skills, and proposes a method for development of sight-reading skills. The author examines differences among various reading methods and develops a hierarchical approach to facilitate pattern perception and recognition.
