The primary goal of this project was to create a way for the Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach, Florida to measure the success of their Sea Turtle Savers Camp educational program. This required the creation of a program evaluation plan, which also could be used in the future as a template for future evaluations of other education programs. The objectives of the Sea Turtle Savers Camp are to provide knowledge, tools and resources to participants so that they may make informed, responsible decisions regarding marine life species, including sea turtles, to create a lasting positive impact on the environment. The evaluation included the development of survey questionnaires, training documents for camp counselors, documents for data collection, and methodologies for evaluation of the program.
